Everyone is getting tired - the protestors want confrontation

I've been away for a while, but during that time I have heard one threat after another. June 29 is getting a field day of coverage by the media, and the rest of the people of Canada (both Native and Non-Native) are getting tired of the same old same old.
Now there are threats of terrorist actions, blocking highways like the 401 and other transportation routes. This doesn't educate the public, it pisses them off and nothing more.
There is government action finally, but not one of the activists give a rats butt. They just want their pictures and names in the paper and spread over the television so they can pat themselves on the back once and again and tell great stories. We've heard it before. The fact remains that many of the activists want a physical confrontation. It almost appears that they are dreaming of it, hoping that there is some excuse that they can bring out their weapons and shed blood, while at the same time blame it on the white man.
There appears to be a need in Canada that someone is more of a victim than someone else. It's not just with Native Activists, but with many Canadians of all stripes and colours. Many people appear to be thrive on continual victimisation, or better known as "victim syndrome". There is a belief that once a victim always a victim and everyone appears to trod down this road. "Oh poor me, poor us, boohoo boohoo." When will people stop perpetuating being a victim?
The Native activists cling to continual victimization as if they have no future without it. There appears to be such an infatuation with being a victim that nothing else appears to matter. Once their initial claims are dealt with, the victimization syndrome starts all over again and the list goes on and on.
So as this Friday comes about, and the activists continue their threats of violence and shutting down the country, is it education that taking place or just simple terrorist actions to satisfy the victimization syndrome? When will it end?
There have been many conversations on this blog, with many great ideas and comments from different individuals. The reality is, no one is going to get everything they want, even with crying "I'm a victim! I'm a victim!" People in general are getting tired of the threats, are getting tired of the never ending story. If all the land claims were settled, would that be enough? For some reason I hardly think so. There will always be something more and satisfaction will never be achieved because of the competition of being victim.
As one person has been heard to say: "There isn't enough land in Canada to fulfill all the land claims."
